Tracer is not working in Pega 7.2 personal edition.

I installed Pega 7.2(personal edition) recently and  today i was trying to trace an activity but the tracer just remained blank like below (the rulesets were checked, Activity events were checked).

i also tried running tracer while opening a rule form and while creating a work object, but no events got traced.

Also i get the below error message when i try to change the tracer's settings

Hi

Are you using all the supported stuff for 7.2 as listed here : https://pdn.pega.com/installing-pega-72-platform-personal-edition/installing-pega-72-platform-personal-edition

I remember seeing something similar in 6.1SP2 for which a HFIX was given ( HFIX-4682 )

The associated BUG got fixed in the main product as well.

So not sure why it is giving issues at your end . As a next step running fiddler to check what is going on when you are launching the tracer would be a good idea.
