Time in workbasket

Hi,

I am just starting with Pega.

I have a requirement to display the time a case has been sitting in a work basket. Can someone help on how to achieve the same.

Also, can someone guide me how on to lookup all the properties already available in the pega system.

  • would the OOTB reports
    • 'Timeliness by work queue' defined under 'Monitor Assignments' report category Or
    • reports available under 'Step Performance' category be of help [History based reporting]?
      • RULE-OBJ-REPORT-DEFINITION HISTORY-WORK- PYPROCESSSTEPDURATION [pxAssignmentElapsedTime]
  • Or need to override the extension points to capture the times using PerformDefaults, OpenDefaults or CloseDefaults.

  • RULE-OBJ-REPORT-DEFINITION RULE-OBJ-PROPERTY PYLISTPROPERTIES be of help?
    • instances of Rule-Obj-Property would list the entire properties used in the system.
