"There was a problem while creating rulesets" in Pega 8.2.1 Personal Edition while creating application
I have downloaded pega 8.2.1 Personal Edition from PDN for hands on the new version.
After Installation when i try to create a new application using new application wizard it gives a error like "There was a problem while creating rulesets" . Please could someone help me resolving this issue?

Hi, When you are creating an application make sure you are creating under correct ruleset for which you have access .
You can first create an operator and then log in with that operator and then try to create an application.
May be you are not authorized to create an application under ruleset for which you are creating an application.

Hi,
This looks like the installation did not go properly.
Try reinstalling the application and hence after creating the ruleset.
