New build applications not appearing 8.2.1
Hello,
Recently installed the full PEGA platform 8.2.1 as a fresh install and trying to build an application.
The application says is built successfully however I am unable to switch to this application to start creating cases and a life cycle. I am able to find the application and edit it but I am unable to work within the new applications.
This is the first time I've had to build an application from scratch as my previous experience has only been the training material.
Please let me know if I am doing something silly or whether there is an actual issue.

1)what is the database vendor and server using which you did the set up of Pega Platform 8.2.1?
2)Check the PegaRULES log file and check if you are facing any exception? If you see any, paste that here?
3)Attach the error screenshots if any?

Unfortunately I am not the one who set it up at the server level, I am awaiting a reply from them for the first 2 questions.

I have just created a new user using the administrator account and assigned the created application to the users access group. I was however unable to assign the same application to the administrator user as I wasn't able to alter anything within the administrator account.
Using your suggestion to look at the operator records I can now at least start building my case life cycles for the application, so thank you.
