Problem while requesting Personal edition

Hi,

I am trying to request for the personal edition for the software but evrytime when i am trying to create a request the system is giving below error. Please suggest.

Your software request has failed. ERROR. Please contact SWD Administration at [email protected].

PS - I am using Firefox browser to create the request.
