There was a problem while creating rulesets" in Pega 8.3.1 Personal Edition while creating application
I have downloaded pega 8.3.1 Personal Edition from PDN for hands on the new version.
After Installation when i try to create a new application using new application wizard it gives a error like "There was a problem while creating rulesets" . Please could someone help me resolving this issue?

Hi Gopal,
I would suggest you to look into the PegaRULES log file for more information about this issue or try to trace it to get more information about its root cause.
You can also try the below steps:-
1. Please check 'ABCDInsco' name related application/ rulesets are already present in the system.
2. Check the ruleset from Designer Studio -> System -> Refactor -> Rulesets. It will list all the rules created under that ruleset and its versions. Please check whether your ruleset is present by searching it in Delete a ruleset wizard.
3. Are you trying to create application with [email protected] admin user account?
