Is there a relation between Worklist and Workbasket? Does pega have any OOTB feature to route a case present in the Workbasket to his own Worklist when the user clicks on it.

We have a requirement to route the case from Workbasket to Worklist . Then a report should display cases already assigned to Users and another report should display cases still not assigned and present in the Workbasket. How to achieve this?

Use the below OOTB rule to route the case from work basket to work list. Call the below activity from a button and pass required params for it.

Call Work-.pxTransferAssignment
