Is there OOTB functionality to create a Pulse note to an email distribution list?

We're currently on Pega 8.3.3.  Is there Out of the Box functionality to allow users to email a distribution list in Pulse?

Hi all,

I've not yet received an answer.  Does anyone know if users can enter an email distribution list in Pulse, so more than one user may see the post?
