Is there a local action available OOTB to set urgency in the Work list?

Scenario: Manager views the Work list. He can to a bulk transfer assignment. And from the UI he should be able to select the urgency during transfer.

So does pxTransferAssignment API takes urgency as parameter? I only see a parameter for SLA.

Also can you let me know the local action available OOTB to set urgency?..
