Work Obects are not available in user Work list

Hi,

In the dash board, user have show the cases count. When the users are clicking on that case count they are unable to see the cases under user name.

Could you please help on the above comment.

Run the tracer with Database query checked and collect Query for DashBoard tree population. 

And now again collect query when clicked on Users case count.  By comparing 2 queries will understand the problem.
