Field referenced from data type list not shown properly in report
Hello, I have created data type and added few records so I can show these records in my dropdown field in view. Next, I want to create report from newly created cases.
Case type is called Vaccination - I capture data about vaccination here.
Data type is called Vaccination - I wanted to create list of available vaccinations (it has only name property so far).
Everything seemed to work fine except for report. When I wanted to show field user selected it did not show the content but some weird kind of ID. How can I access like "String" value of dropdown selection please?

@MarianC16661437 Hi This is because the values that is getting displayed and the value that is getting stored is different. If you change the value that needs to be stored as well to Vaccine Name then it will work fine

@MarianC16661437 The following configuration needs to be changed if you are looking to make use of the same property in reports to display the vaccine name.
But it is always advisable to store its identifier as there might be situations where down the line the value needs to be changed from let's say from "COVID -19" to "SARS-CoV-2".
You can retain the current configuration of storing the ID and to retrieve the value join it with the data class.

@BhanuPrakash_G hello thank you for your response but, in dropdown you marked in screenshot - I have no such option as vaccine name. The only option is to select Globally unique ID.

@MarianC16661437 You need to empty the field where the Globally unique ID is being displayed only then you would be able to see other options.
