Creating Report definition to List Properties referenced in a Section

Is there a way to Create a report definition to list all the properties, their class, Ruleset and Ruleset Version etc etc. via Report Definition. I know the properties referenced can be seen via references but I want more than just Property.

Also ,If possible, Is there a way we can create this report using Section As a filter, and applying that filter would list out the desired Result.

You can create a report on Data-Rule-Summary that joins to Index-Reference.

It should look like this:
