It looks like there is an empty record in the data type
The data type also seems to have an empty record and won't let me delete it.
What is the reason for such a record appearing?

Can you tel us more about this Data Type and when it was created?
Is this an updated environment?
Can you show us the Data model? Have you added the primary key to the Data Class?
Do you use a declare expression to fetch record's column? We have seen issues when the declare expressions use when conditions (if when condition fails, then '0' is returned)
Do you see any errors in the logs?
Are you able to add records manually?
