Adding a custom landing page option to the PEGA app's list of available options.
Hello. I'm looking to add a custom option to the list of landing pages in my PEGA application.
I have the usual options of Dashboard, My Work, etc., but I need to add a custom one, i.e., one not presently in the list and not available under the "add item" plus sign. Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

To create a custom Landing page, please navigate to the Landing pages section, click on Add button and choose a template to create a custom landing page.

The article you recommended is talking about "add a page" dialog box. I don't have that option available to me. All I have on my Channel-Content page are the "add item" and "add separator" options. The "add item" one adds one of the predefined (out of the box) pages but does not allow for anything else. I, however, need a way to add a custom-defined page. Am I missing something?

Adding a custom page gets bit tricky sometimes..
The way you have to follow is bit depends the application type and UI rendering technology you are using.
Can you tell me which version you are using ? and the application UI technology (Cosmos Theme, Constellation? ) and also the UI Runtime configuration which can be found in "Advanced" section of app definition..

Then the way you should follow to switch the app studio, click on Preview -> Design and extend the "Pages" menu. Then you will see the New Page option.
Can you check if you can access these ?

@JeanR16691570 If i got your question correctly then , Basically when you are saying add a custom page it means adding a new option below my dashboard and other option please follow below steps and screenshots for your references.
Harness > Section > Layout > (Make that record relevant then )Configuration on landing page (Via channels )
- Create a harness because each option like mydashboard and other presented options are itself a harness first.
- Create a section in that harness.
- Make that record as relevant using action menu
- then go to your portal record from the channel and interface
- click on add item if Rule is marked as relevant it will appear on the screen while click on add item.
- Applicable below 87 environment.
- Save the portal rule and things will work as expected .
