Default options not available in Search Landing Page
The default options All Rules, All Data and All Work for re-indexing is not available in the Pega Search Landing page. See the screen shot attached.

Hi,
The issue was resolved by:
1. Stop the server.
2. Truncate : PR_SYS_QUEUE_FTSINDEXER table
3. Truncate: pr_log_cluster table
4. Correct entries or remove any wrong node entries in pr_sys_statusnode table.
5. Deleted all search indexes folders defined on search landing page
6. Restart server.

We did a inplace upgrade. We currently have 2 nodes, but we will have 4 in future. Right now both the nodes are marked as Universal node type, so we do not have a separate Search node.
