Search a menu option

Hi Team,

In designer studio we have different menu options like Application, Data Model, Process and Rules. Since menu options are segregated in different categories and can go to multiple levels as well. To find any specific menu, can I search and find the same.

For example I need to run Static Assembler, rather than knowing which menu option it will be listed, can just search by typing a word 'Assember' or 'Static Assember' to find the same ?

Hi Evita,

There are total 70 menu options in just Application , Process & Rule , Data Model and Reporting categories. And there are changes of menu item across different options like in 717 Static Assembler is part of System- Assembly - Static assembler, but in latest version this is under -  Designer Studio >Assembly > Static Assembler. So there should be a way to search a menu option from all the available menus.

​I know this is not available right now, but it can be good UI enhancement. May be Moderators can take this to Product team.

Hi Rajesh,

This functionality is already been implemented from 7.3 version i.e you can directly search for an option rather than going through the menu and locating a specific option.
