Action menu in report view, incorrectly contains option 'Rapportdetails' when switched to Dutch locale

For reports that have only the options to export to PDF or Excel, when looking at them in the interaction portal the action menu shows an extrta option called "Rapportdetails" when in the Dutch locale as opposed to the English locale. I have been unable to figure out why this extra option is being shown in the Dutch locale and how to remove this from showing in the action menu. 

When clicking on "Rapportdetails" a pop up window appears showing minor details of the report.
