Menu option to switch application

In pega 6.2, for an operator having two Access groups A and B,(com portal) the option to switch applications is not avialable

Hi

Ideally this should be available. Can you please share your screenshot and if possible fiddler outcome ?Also, are you on 6.2 GA or any service pack ( SP1 , SP2 )
