Local action is not visible in Actions menu
Hi,
I am trying to add a local action on an assignment shape in the flow. However the action I added is not visible in Actions menu. I can see the action in pyAssignActions page and also pyLocalActionsList item visibility is configured as "always". What else may causes this problem ?

Actually I have noticed that the Actions menu for pzIsPerfrom has been modified. There was not Run Activity action (pyWorkActionsPopulatePerform) before the Menu action.
Problem is solved after I added the activity.
Thank you for your comments.

Hello,
Can you try with another local action? Or you just having issue with this one? Maybe you have privileges associated that you are not having with this user.

I did with another and result is the same. But when I add the action to the connector of the assignment, I can run it. So I do not think that the problem is caused by the action itself.

There is no when condition in order to perform.

pyWorkActionsPerform is customized but the item for pyLocalActionsList is exactly the same as the one in UI -Kit ruleset.

Check whether the updated rule is picked or not in your context

I confirmed that the correct rule is picked up. I changed the visibility of the Notifications item as "never", then I refreshed the menu and Notifications item disappeared.

Hi,
Your requirement can also be achieved by adding case wide local action in Case type rule. You can add when condition to make it visible only for 1 assignment.
