case type is not visible in the Create menu

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Create a case type that inherits from a class with starting flows.
2.Add the case type to the Cases and Data tab of the Application rule and check the box to include it in the create menu.
3.Click the Create menu. The case type do not appear.

Sometimes. just logging out and relogin helps to solve this. Silly question, but did you try that ?

Hello,

Can you make sure that your Case related case is inheriting from Work-Cover- class? If not then it wont display in your case explorer.
