Order of Case in Create Menu

How do I order the way I want to display the order of the Name of the Case under Create Menu? For examle, the user will see Case B first and Case A. I would like to display Case A, and Case B.

Can you change the order on the 'Cases & data' tab of the Application rule?  In my system, it looks like the Create menu presents them in the same order they are listed in my Application.
