In Team memeber widget user case count is showing in correctly.

Hi

In Dashboard we have a team member widgets. Under team member widgets each user have case count(have different id's count like AA- and WW-). So we need to show only AA- case count . Currently we are using 7.2

Can you please help on my above comments.

Could you attach screenshot to explain more? Little confused what you are referring to AA- and WW-.

Are these case ids and are you looking for only counting particular type of case assignments?

Hi,

Please find the attached file , here under ianjohn the cases count is showing 5 but when we are clicking on the count we are able show only BB- work items, remaining 4 cases are start with some PX-ST. so we need to see only BB- count. Could you please help on this error.
