Weather underground widget is not working

I followed the same steps as per PDN

* Generated a API Key in the Weather Underground website

* configured the same in the DSS

* added the widget in the portal and published it.

But the Weather information for the current location is not loading in the Weather underground widget.

Hey Developer,

To identify the root cause, Could you share screenprint of configuration, error screen and logs for verification? 

Also, share the PDN article you've referred. Are you referring it?
