For users who have rights to customise their dashboards, they would be able to change the template as well as select from a list of widgets by clicking the "Add widget(s)". The following is the screen of the "Add widget(s)":

How do I limit the list of widgets that users can use for customising their dashboards?

In fact, I want them to be able to select only the widgets that I had created, nothing else.
