How to show new widgets count as notification in dashboard

Hi Guys, I'm using 7.1.9 If any new widgets comes in dashboard then we need to show a new widgets count in red circle (like facebook notification count). Once user added to his/her dashboard we need to hide this notification count icon or if the user click on notification count icon then also from next time onwards we need to hide this Notification icon. Any answers will be helpful. Thanks...!

Hi,

Have you consider utilizing any property in the pxUserDashboardWidgetOptions page for this ?

I guess this page holds the added widget details in clipboard. I might be wrong but worth trying this
