Dashboard | Widgets | Filter by Privileges

Hi,

Any user can add any widget to their dashboard. All widgets are displayed in the widgets list.

They are not getting filtered even if we deny privileges for the class the widget is created in.

Is this a PRPC bug? How can we achieve this?

Hi Ilham,

 

Please check if any other access role is having same privilege as allowed.

If two or more roles conflict over whether to allow or deny
an action, Pega applies the most permissive setting across all the applied roles, i.e. if for same privilege you have allow as well as deny in different roles then Pega considers it as allowed.
