My Team Widget in Pega 7.2

Hi,

The my team widget in the dashboard is not returning correct number of cases for the users. The property used is pydecimal value. Can you please help me in understanding how this property is set?

Can you please elaborate your usecase.

However I believe your referring to Team members count as shown in screen shot.

Also confirm on your requirement.

The count is populated from the pyOperatorsByWorkGroup report definition. If you run Tracer with the DB Query event type enabled, you will be able to see the query generated when running the report.
