Split tenure into years and months based on startdate

Hi all, I need to split tenure into years and months Where Tenure=. Startdate to till date Ex: if start date= 2005 03 14 Current system date = 2018 02 23 Getting start date value from service, how to cal this? Output = 12 years 11 months like this Pls help Thanks Venkat
