Is there any Control to show only Months and Years Not dates?

I need to display only month and year either in Control wise or Drop down.

Is there any OOTB way,if not how to customize to acheive this?

Note:I don't want to source dropdown with getting the list of years from data table or any other.

 I Need Like we use pxDateTime Control, so that it automatically adds the years in future.
