Restrict Month and Year values in Date time properties based on Years dropdown list.

I have a property called dropdown. I need to choose one year from a list of ten years ranging from 2022 to 2032. And I'm making a table with the 12 Months lists.

So, if I select here. Year should be 2024, 12 months should be populated, and beside each month one  DateTime property so that I should be able to select the Date on the given year and month only.

I should restrict the Date values to respective Year and Month only.

please feel free to ask for more explaination.

What is the best way to fulfil this requirement?. Please find the attachment below
