How to take value from text area to value list.
As I have an text area and, It takes values line by line(like every line contains only one value).
and I have to make a string so I can pass it to report defination.(Like "12345","45678")
and it takes values as 12345
45677
6758

Does your UI have to be a Text Area?
If the UI could be an editable repeating list that was bound to a Value List property then the property would be ready to use in the Report Definition for yielding the LIKE clause.
Alternatively I would recommend a Declare OnChange rule monitoring the Text property bound to the Text Area. The Declare OnChange rule would run an activity that does String manipulation of the Text Area content and builds a Value List with each of its elements.

If you are looking more of like user enters multiple values in text area as
12345 45677 6758
And system should process the values and use in RD as "12345","45677","6758"
You can use below function post user submits

Where pyNote is property mapped to text area
