Tenure split into Years and months

Hi everyone, I need to split my tenure into years and months.. If tenure = 44 months then. .Tenure =3 years 8 months Pls help how to convert this. Thanks, Venkat

Hi all, Exact requirement.. I need to split tenure into years and months based on startdate Where Tenure=. Startdate to till date Ex: if start date= 2005 03 14 Current system date = 2018 02 23 Getting start date value from service, how to cal this? Output = 12 years 11 months like this Pls help Thanks Venkat
