Software media files for Pega Customer Service

Hi,

I have downloaded and installed Pega 8.1 personal edition, I want to import Pega Customer Service 8.1 jar file which is not included in PE.

How Can I obtain Software media files for Pega Customer Service 8.1?

See the attached Image, There you can see an option called New Request, after that select the package you're looking for, after this you will be notified with an email for downloading the same, After that visit the same page and then go to my downloads, There you can get your required software
