Smart Dispute Framework for Issuers Update guide (8.7)-Issue in Compare Rules
Hi All
I have tried to do the Compare Rules as per the Update guide for 8.7. But the Rule changes utility when executed lists out all the rules as New Rules and not a single rule as Has changes.
Apart from application, the comparison also done with that of Smart Dispute Issuers for All with its previous versions(7.48) still no rule changes are getting identified.
Only if rule changes identified then the Rule Overrides can be executed as per update guide. Could someone please guide on this.

@UpasanaD please could you provide details of which version you updated from (Smart Dispute and Pega)?
Could you provide the link to the documentation that you followed?
Was it the Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers Update Guide - Compare rules and Upgrading from previous releases?
Can you confirm that you are using the tool as defined in Comparing rules and rule versions with the Compare Rules tool and Rule versions review and comparison?
If you could provide screenshots illustrating which rules you believe should have shown a Change we can then check which SME could help answer this question.

upgrade is being done from Pega 7.2 to Pega 8.7.version.
Smart disputes upgraded from 07.22 to 8.

@UpasanaD without a screenshot of the rules you believe to be faulty it will be hard to see if this is a product issue or a configuration issue. At what step in the documentation upgrade do you encounter the issue?
@dhans1 do you think we have sufficient information? Could you advise on the next steps?
