SMA shows very old passivation records are still available
Hi All,
We are seeing many hundreds of old records within passivation management in the SMA,
Anybody any idea why and how to clean these records as they seem not very usable anymore.
Please see attached picture.
I've only three records within the picture due to business private info being visible, but there are many hundreds of end 2017.

Hi,
If you using any version till Pega 7.2.2/7.3 check if system cleaner agent is running correctly and cleaning up data or not.
If you using any version Pega 7.3.1 or above check if node cleaner and clusterandDbcleaner agent are running correctly and cleaning up data or not.

Hi Arjan,
The System Cleaner only processes active requestors that appear in SMA. System Cleaner purges the records present in database table pr_perf_stats table, it does not delete the passivationdata from temp directory, there is that privilege to delete it from temp directory.
In your case, the Inactive requestors no longer referenced by SMA can be manually deleted/archived from PassivationDatadirectory.
