Agent Schedules are still showing as scheduled

Hi,

An Agent has successfully scheduled for a future Date. but, wasn't processed on the date.The work-object is with the status of resolved-completed and is configured to be, when the Agent has no Pending items present to be executed.

Is there anyway that we can manually run the agent scedule?

There was no broken entry, The audit history has this Agent as Successfully processed.

Hi Kautukshet ,

We found that in one of our code that Queue-For-Agent is called, without a when condition which is overriding the needed code. this was taken care of.

HI,

Did you check the agent details from the SMA, like last run time, next run time, etc?

Also, if the audit history has this agent as successfully run, then please add a log messages and confirm from logs for the next run. This way, you can confirm that the agent activity was executed or not.
