Which Agent/Agent Schedule is running the Purge&Archive jobs?
Hi,
We would like to use junst one node for the purge&archive jobs.
I can't seem to find which Agent and Agent Schedule are the ones that are running these processes.
Can anyone tell me?

Hi Arjan,
ServiceLevelEvents(SLA) should be the agent that is responsible for running the purge and archive. This agent does a lot of things other than purge/archive. It is not recommended to stop this agent.
The queues must be present in system-queue-servicelevel as it is the queue of SLA agent. I'm not sure if there is any way to block the purge/archive on a particular node other than stopping this agent, which is used by a lot of other functionalities.

Hi Naresh,
It would delete records from tables corresponding to given work class, history class (corresponding to workgroup given)and link- class.
If you want something in detail regarding what the purge activity(ProcessConfig) does, Please set the following logger to debug and you'll get related logs.
Rule_Obj_Activity.ProcessConfig.PegaAccel_Management_Archival.Action
This logger gives you which class archival has started, what all work items are being evaluated, no. of cover items, No of instances of Link- and History-
The above information should give you a basic idea of what's being done by this agent.
