Sometimes when we are in the SMA, when we select one of the Listener/Requestor/Agent Management screens, the first one we pick displays properly, but when we switch to another type the top half of the screen displays correctly but the bottom half displays the previous list instead. For example, if we select Agent Management/Agents first, we get the list of agent options at the top (buttons for single activity in queue/all activities in queue/other) and a list of the agents beneath. If we then select Listener Management we see the listener options at the top (buttons for Available/Running/By Type Running/All Running) but below that it still shows the list of agents.

Once this happens it is near impossible to get the lower half of the screens to display properly. We can eventually get them back after trying seemingly random solutions such as clearing caches, deleting browsing history and/or restarting the SMA application server. This is an intermittent error and occurs with versions 6.1SP2, 7.1.8 and 7.3.1 (although it's less important in 7.3.1 as many more SMA functions have been moved to PRPC Developer Portal).

Is there a way of stopping this from happening?
