Changed locking option not coming for other operator

Hi Team, I have changed my locking option from allow one user to allow multiple users by logging my credentials. When i login with other operator for same case type, still i am able to see locking option as allow one user instead of allow multiple users. Any suggestions appreciated...!

Please monitor the logs and tracer as well if the issue persists.
