Apache commons still available in Pega 7.3

Hi,

I would like to know which external libaries Pega uses. I want to use a function that is in the Apache commons jar. Will commons be available in future versions of Pega? Is there a list available of libaries that pega uses, outside the Pega engine. any information is appreciated.
