The SLA Queues are being assigned to Web nodes instead of batch/background nodes
The ServiceLevelEvents agent is running on background/batch node, but while the SLA queues are getting assigned, few of them are getting assigned to Web nodes and these items will never get processed as there is no ServiceLevelEvents agent running on any Web node. Need some help about any configuration or setting changes to correct this behaviour so that SLA queues are always get assigned to the batch/background node only.
