SLA Agent Throughput Tuning

We are using 7.1.8 Version.In Some of the PDN Articles it has been mentioned that by updating the settings namely ‘slaunitstoprocess’, ‘slaunitstoretrieve’ and ‘slarefreshlisteachiteration’, we can tune the ServiceLevelEvents Agent.

Can you please let us wether the SLA Agent(7.1.8 PRPC) is using the above named system settings to retrieve and process the SLA Assignments?

Hi Vinayk,

To answer your query, I could see the above systems settings are available in Pega 7.1.8 as well though, I am not sure about implementation.
