Hi,

I want to send email notifications to the user every 10:am as a reminder how this requirement can be done?

Hi Kritika,

You can configure Agent to perform this functionality by invoking OOTB activity 'SendEmailNotification' and setting the pattern as 'Recurring'. Also, configure the time by clicking on the Advanced button while creating the agent.

You can done this requirement using the Advanced agent in the Recurring mode so that agent activity will run for every 10 min.
