SLA Agent Queue Monitoring and Alerting
Reg PEGA OOTB Agent "Service Level Events". The agent picks up the Items from "SYSTEM-QUEUE-SERVICELEVEL". On many occasions we have seen a delayed processing of the items from this queue. How can we achieve monitoring and alerting solution, which alerts us when the Items in the queue goes past the current date and time. Currently there are no alerting configured on PDC.
