Unable to Setup PDC alert for Broken Items

Hi Team

I cant see an option to setup alert in PDC for any increase in broken items queue. Can see something like case Summary but no option to add Broken items queue in it. I see similar question was asked in Getting notified for Broken Queue items but i dont see steps or document that can help me to achieve this alert to be setup.
