PDC to Service Now integration - Defining what type of alerts gets created into incidents
We have a requirement to create integration b/w PDC and ServiceNow, which have configured and is validated successfully in PDC. 1)Now before we proceed we were looking is there something from PDC side which can handle which type of alerts gets created into incident ? Is it like once the integration is configured all alerts gets created into the decided table (Incident/event) in SNOW and if so is there any way we can separate out on basis of alert category ? 2)So if we configure any integration in PDC does it gets configured for all systems ? I see even after changing systems the integration is visible in all systems.
