What releases of Pega Platform are supported by PDC?

You can use PDC to monitor all supported releases of Pega Platform.

If you are on a release of Pega Platform older than Pega Platform 8.4, you are in Extended Support. Extended Support for earlier releases of Pega software ends on June 30, 2023.

We strongly encourage you to update your applications to the current release to take advantage of our latest enhancements with your system. For more information, see Pega Extended Support program.

Always update to the latest Pega patch. Updating your software ensures that your system sends all of the information that PDC requires to support the features that were introduced after your release of Pega Platform.

Older releases of Pega Platform that are on Extended Support require the latest patches and PegaAESRemote ruleset versions. See Enhanced PDC Integration for Pega Platform.

The PDC application is securely hosted in a dedicated private cloud on Pega Cloud®. PDC receives weekly enhancements and updates.
