PDC Integration to pega application

Hi ,

We are planning to implement Pega PDC as the monitoring tool for one of our Pega application,

I have gone through the PDC documentation.

1. Unable to access Access Predictive Diagnostic Cloud

From where can I get the PDC administrator details or who will provide those details?

Attache is the error details.

Hi,

Could you please confirm what do you mean by Local pega application? Is that personal edition.

Also please share screen shot of PDC screen where Endpoint SOAP URL is given.

Hi,

Hit the URL "https://community.pega.com/support"

Once you scroll down, you will see below screen click on marked option. You will see list of PDC URL with which you are affiliated. From there you will be able to access your PDC.
