Setting SLA and Notify Manager
Where does the manager get a notification from the default "notify manager"?
Can we customize notifications, so managers can get notifications from his email (exchange / microsoft outlook) directly?

Hi Maulana,
If you observe the escalation activity "SendEmailToManagerOnGoalTime" that is triggered on "Notify Assignee", it does send a mail to the manager as a correspondence (CorrNew) with CorrName as "GoalTimeReminder" and email Subject as "Work Object " + myStepPage.getValue(".pyID") + " has passed the goal time."
The correspondence would be sent to the email mentioned in the operator's(work manager's) profile.
Since the activity "SendEmailToManagerOnGoalTime" is an available rule, you can modify it accordingly as per your requirement.

NotifyManager sends an email to the manager saying that the deadline has reached.
In 722 if push notifications are enabled, a push notification is also queued to manager.
