Hi,
I understand that for outgoing SMS/emails, they are stored in the staging tables: pr_data_corr_sms and pr_data_corr_email respectively. Upon successful sending of the sms/emails, the records will be deleted the above tables, and there is no way for us to confirm that if the actual SMS/emails has been sent out (at least reached the SMSC or SMTP Server).
I am thinking of writing a trigger to output these transaction to another table so that user can verify the transaction there. Looking through the components created by Pega, I found that there is a table: pg_data.pr_History_Data_Corr_SMS, but there are no data in this table. May I know under what circumstances will this table be populated, and/or housekept? What about a corresponding table for emails?

What do you mean by the above ? How do you know it has not reached the SMTP / SMSC server ? Did you check the incoming request in those servers ?

Thanks, this is what I am looking for. I guess I will have to write a trigger, or change the process to duplicate out the records for our reporting purpose.
